✻ MIKE MEANS BUSINESS @mikemeansbusiness_ai
The Super-Employee Stack

Your 4 Claude Code
Super-Employee
Prompts

The exact 4 prompts I run weekly to replace $5k a month of contractors. Copy them. Configure them for your stack. Watch Claude run your business while you go to the gym.

You commented SUPER. Here's what you came for.

These 4 prompts are running on my actual stack right now. Not screenshots. Not theory. The same prompts that triage my inbox at 6am, draft my Slack recaps after every call, and text me my whole business in 5 bullets every Monday.

Important: these are templates. Swap in your own labels, tools, and metrics. Copy the structure, adapt the specifics.

Setup notes are at the bottom if you've never connected Claude Code to Gmail, Stripe, or Meta. Skip there first if you need to.

Prompt 01 of 04

Clean Up Your Inbox Automatically

Never sort email again. Set it once, forget it forever.

GmailHourly CronDrafts Only
What it does

Scans your unread Gmail every hour. Classifies each email as URGENT, REPLY, FYI, or JUNK. Applies your existing labels. Archives the noise. Drafts replies in your voice for everything that needs one. Never auto-sends.

Setup needed
•  Claude Code installed (claude.ai/code)
•  Gmail MCP connector added to Claude Code
•  Existing Gmail labels: URGENT, REPLY, FYI
The Prompt
inbox-triage.md
# ROLE
You are my email triage agent. Run hourly via cron.

# GOAL
Maintain a permanently empty inbox by classifying every
unread email and drafting replies in my voice.

# PROCESS
1. Pull unread emails from Primary tab only.
   Skip Promotions and Updates.
2. For each email, classify as one of:
URGENT: needs my action in next 24h
           (key clients, deadlines, founders)
REPLY: needs a response, not urgent
   FYI: informational, no action
   JUNK: cold pitches, automated noise
3. Apply matching label from my existing label set.
4. Archive everything tagged JUNK.
5. For REPLY items, draft a response in my voice:
   - Read my last 20 sent emails
   - Match my tone, length, and sign-off
   - Most of my replies are under 4 sentences
   - I close with "Mike". No salutation.
6. Save all drafts. NEVER auto-send.
7. Post a Slack message to #me with bucket counts
and the 3 most urgent items.

# CONSTRAINTS
- Never auto-send. I review drafts before sending.
- If unsure about classification, default to FYI.
- Skip emails older than 7 days. Already lost.

Prompt 02 of 04

Write Viral Videos In Your Own Voice

Stop sounding like a copywriter. Sound like yourself.

Local FilesVoice CloningScript Output
What it does

Reads your last 10 video transcripts. Profiles how you actually talk: sentence length, phrases you overuse, how you open and close. Writes 3 hook variations and a 90-second script on any topic, at 8th-grade reading level, with every copywriter word stripped out.

Setup needed
•  A folder called /transcripts in your Claude project
•  At least 10 transcript files (use yt-dlp with --write-auto-sub to grab from your YouTube channel)
•  Each file plain .txt, one transcript per file
The Prompt
voice-script.md
# ROLE
You are my content ghostwriter. You have read access
to /transcripts (my last 10 video scripts).

# GOAL
Write 3 hook variations + a 90-second script on
[TOPIC] that sounds like me, not a copywriter.

# VOICE PROFILING
Before writing, read every file in /transcripts and
profile my:
- Average sentence length
- Top 3 phrases I overuse
- How I open videos (first 5 words pattern)
- How I transition between ideas
- How I close

# BANNED WORDS
Strip these on sight. They are copywriter tells:
imagine, discover, unleash, elevate, unlock, dive in,
revolutionary, game-changer, level up, the truth is,
here's the thing, in today's world, in this article.

# OUTPUT
- 3 hooks, 1-2 sentences max, scroll-stopping
- 1 script, 90 seconds at conversational pace
- Format: [HOOK] [BODY] [CTA TEASE]
- 8th-grade reading level. Hyphens only, no em-dashes.

# CONSTRAINTS
- Conversational. Like I turned the camera on
  mid-thought, not after a 20-min planning session.
- If [TOPIC] is technical, use one analogy from
  cooking, sports, or driving.

# INPUT
[TOPIC]:

↑ Save as voice-script.md

Deploy it

Run on demand whenever you need a script:

terminal
$ claude code run voice-script.md \
--input "TOPIC=why most agencies fail at AI"
Customize it
•  More transcripts = better voice match. Aim for 30+ if you have them.
•  Add your own banned-word list. Every creator has tells.
•  Swap 90-sec for 30-sec for Reels, 5-min for long-form YouTube.
Prompt 03 of 04

Never Forget A Meeting

Every decision. Every action item. Every follow-up. Auto-handled.

Transcript WatchSlack + EmailFlags Ambiguity
What it does

Watches a /meetings folder. When you drop a transcript in, it extracts decisions, action items with owners and due dates, open questions, and risks. Drafts a 150-word Slack recap and individual follow-up emails per owner. Flags anything ambiguous before drafting.

Setup needed
•  A folder /meetings in your Claude project
•  Transcripts from your tool of choice: Granola, Otter, Fireflies, Zoom AI Companion
•  Slack MCP connector if you want auto-posted recaps
•  Gmail MCP connector for follow-up email drafts
The Prompt
meeting-recap.md
# ROLE
You are my meeting recap agent. Triggered when a new
file lands in /meetings.

# GOAL
Extract everything actionable from the transcript,
draft the recap, draft the follow-ups, flag what's
unclear before I send anything.

# PROCESS
1. Read the latest file in /meetings.
2. Extract:
DECISIONS: what we agreed to do AND
what we explicitly decided not to do
ACTION ITEMS: who owns what, by when
OPEN QUESTIONS: couldn't resolve, need more info
   RISKS: anything that could blow
                  up the plan if ignored
3. Draft a 150-word Slack recap:
   - Lead with the most important decision
   - Action items as a checklist with owners + dates
   - Open questions at the bottom
4. Draft individual follow-up emails per owner:
   - Subject: "Follow-up on [meeting]: [action item]"
   - Body: confirm what they're doing, by when,
     what you need from them
   - Match how I write: short, direct, no fluff

# FLAG BEFORE DRAFTING
If any of these are true, ask me first:
- A decision is unclear or contradictory
- An action item has no owner
- A date is missing on a deliverable
- Two people committed to the same thing

# OUTPUT
- Slack recap saved to /outputs/recap.md
- Each follow-up email as a separate draft
- Flagged ambiguities at the top of recap.md

↑ Save as meeting-recap.md

Deploy it

Set it to watch the folder. Runs automatically every time you drop a new transcript:

terminal
$ claude code watch /meetings \
    --on-new-file meeting-recap.md \
    --name "meeting-memory"
Customize it
•  Route different meeting types to different Slack channels (sales to #sales, eng to #eng).
•  Add a DECISIONS LOG that appends to a running doc you reference quarterly.
•  Set a 24-hour follow-up reminder for action items still in draft state.

Your Business In One Text

Revenue. MRR. Ad spend. Followers. All at 8am Monday.

Stripe + Meta + IGTwilio SMSWeekly
What it does

Every Monday at 8:00am, pulls your week's data from Stripe, Meta Ads, and Instagram. Compares it to last week and your 30-day average. Flags anything that swung 15% or more. Texts you a 5-bullet summary with one specific thing to fix this week. Not 10 things. One.

Setup needed
•  Stripe MCP connector (or REST API token)
•  Meta Marketing API access for your ad account
•  Instagram Graph API access (Business or Creator account required)
•  Twilio account for the SMS delivery
The Prompt
monday-brief.md
# ROLE
You are my Monday Morning Business Agent.
Run every Monday at 8:00am.

# GOAL
Send a 5-bullet text summary of my business by 8:05am.

# DATA SOURCES
- Stripe: MRR, churn, LTV, gross volume
- Meta Ads: spend, ROAS, CPL by campaign
- Instagram (Graph API): followers, top 3 posts
  by reach this week

# PROCESS
1. Pull last week's data (Mon-Sun of prior week).
2. Pull the week before for WoW comparison.
3. Pull 30-day rolling avg as baseline.
4. Compare and flag:
   - Anything that swung 15%+ either direction
   - Anomalies (campaign at 3x normal CPL,
     post performing 5x average reach)
   - Trend reversals (MRR growing 4 weeks then drops)

# OUTPUT FORMAT
  Mon AM Brief
  - MRR: $X (up/down Y% WoW)
  - Spend: $X | ROAS: Xx
    (campaign Y dropped, here's why)
  - IG: +X followers
    Top post: [topic] (X reach)
  - Flag: [biggest anomaly]
  - Fix this week: [one specific action]

Send via Twilio SMS to my phone at 8:00am sharp.

# CONSTRAINTS
- 5 bullets. Not 6. Not "10 things to know."
- One recommendation. Not a list of options.
- If everything's normal, say so. Don't manufacture
  insights to seem useful.

↑ Save as monday-brief.md

Deploy it

Schedule it to run every Monday morning:

terminal
$ claude code schedule \
    --prompt monday-brief.md \
    --cron "0 8 * * 1" \
    --name "monday-brief"
Customize it
•  Daily brief: change cron to 0 8 * * * and use 7-day vs 30-day comparisons.
•  Add Shopify, Gumroad, Beehiiv, or whatever you actually run on.
•  If SMS feels intrusive, swap Twilio for a Slack DM to #me.
A Note On Stacks

Most People Stack 12 Tools. I Run 4 Prompts.

Every prompt above replaces a $1k-2k/mo tool or contractor. None of them are clever. They're just specific. Build the system once, deploy it, forget it. Then build the next one.

Quick Setup

If You're New To Claude Code

Run these once and you're ready to deploy any of the prompts above.

✓ Install Claude Code. Run npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
Or follow the GUI installer at claude.ai/code
✓ Create a project folder. Run mkdir super-employee && cd super-employee
Every prompt above lives in here as a separate .md file
✓ Add a CLAUDE.md. Your project's brain.
List your services, tools, tone preferences. Claude reads this on every run.
✓ Connect MCP servers. Gmail, Stripe, Meta, IG.
Each one is a one-time auth flow. Once connected, every prompt can use them.
✓ Drop the prompts in. Save each .md from above into your project folder.
Run on-demand or
