You commented APPS. Here's the setup from the reel, the exact prompt I ran on my own inbox, and nine more that put your connected apps to work.
Setup (30 seconds)
In ChatGPT, open Plugins from the left sidebar (or go to chatgpt.com/plugins).
Pick an app. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion and Outlook are all in the list.
Click Install plugin, sign in to that account and approve access.
Back in a chat, name the app in your prompt ("my Gmail", "my calendar") and ChatGPT uses the plugin.
What each plugin can do, and which plans get it, changes. Check the app's page in Plugins before you build a habit around it.
The one from the reel, word for word
Go through my Gmail from the last 7 days, find every invoice and receipt, and put them in a table: date, company, amount, paid or unpaid. Then tell me the total. On my inbox it took 1 minute 13 seconds. It kept dollars and pounds separate and flagged one invoice still showing unpaid. Check anything it marks unpaid against your bank before you act on it.
Nine more to try today
Gmail: who's waiting on you
Find every email from the last 14 days where someone asked me a question or asked for something and I haven't replied. List the sender, what they want, and how many days it's been waiting.Gmail: subscription audit
Search my Gmail for every subscription or renewal receipt from the last 3 months. Make a table: service, amount, how often it charges, last charge date. Flag anything that looks like a duplicate.Gmail: new leads you missed
Find every email from the last 30 days from someone new who asked about pricing or a quote. Table: name, company, what they asked, and whether I replied.Calendar: fix next week
Look at my Google Calendar for next week. Find meetings with no agenda or no clear owner, and draft a one-line agenda for each.Calendar + Gmail: meeting briefs
For every external meeting on my calendar this week, give me a two-line brief on the person, using our last email thread.Drive: what did I quote?
Find every doc in my Google Drive with "proposal" in the title from this year. List the client, the date and the price quoted in each.Slack: clear your mentions
Go through my Slack mentions from the last 3 days and list everything someone is waiting on me for, with a link to each message.Notion: keep the table
Take the invoice table from this chat and create a Notion database called Bills with the same columns.Weekly wrap
Read my sent Gmail and my calendar for this week and write five bullets on what I actually got done. Before you connect
A connected plugin can read that account while it's installed. When you connect one, ChatGPT shows this line:
ChatGPT may share relevant chats and memories with this app to support interactions with it.
Only connect accounts you're happy for ChatGPT to read.
Your installed plugins sit under Installed on the Plugins page. Open one there to manage or remove it.
Start with the invoice prompt. It's the fastest way to see what this does on your own data. If one of these saves you an hour, reply and tell me which.
