You commented QUEUE. Here's every prompt from the reel, in the order I'd run them.
Why bother: Apple took in about 560,000 new apps in the first half of 2026 and downloads rose about 2% (Appfigures, reported by the New York Times, July 2026). Building is cheap now. Attention isn't. So you build the queue first and the app last.
Paste each prompt into Claude and swap the bits in [brackets].
I want to build a small paid tool. Suggest 10 specific groups of people (job + situation, e.g. "independent gym owners") who share one painful, recurring problem that costs them money or time. For each: the problem in one line, when it peaks in the year, where they hang out online, and whether they already pay for anything to fix it. Rank by how much they'd pay to make it go away.Pick one. Around 300 people who all have the same problem beats a big crowd that kind of cares.
2. Find what they actually moan about
Research [group, e.g. independent gym owners] online: Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, app store and Trustpilot reviews of tools they use. Find their 10 biggest complaints about [problem]. For each, quote 2–3 real phrases word for word, link the source, and note how often it comes up. No paraphrasing. I want their exact words.Their words become your hooks, your posts and later your landing page.
3. Turn the moans into a month of free fixes
Using these 10 complaints [paste], write 30 short daily posts for [platform]. Each one fixes one small piece of one complaint with something they can do today, free, in under 10 minutes. Open with their own words from the research. Under 120 words each. End each with: "More fixes like this on my list, link in bio."4. Write the scripts
Turn post [number] into a 30-second talking-head script. Line 1 is the complaint in their words. Then the fix in 3 steps. Then one line pointing to my email list. Plain spoken English, no jargon.5. Move them onto a list you own
Write a one-page signup for my free email list for [group]. Promise: one fix for [problem] every week. Headline from their top complaint, 3 bullets of what they'll get, one signup box. Then write the welcome email that delivers the best fix straight away.Followers live on Instagram's land. Your list lives on yours.
6. Take the money before you write the code
Mock up the one main screen of a tool that fixes [top complaint] for [group]: what they see, the one button that matters, the result. Then write a short email to my list showing that screen and offering early access for £5. Include a clear "if fewer than 10 people buy, I refund everyone" line. The rule from the reel: 10 buyers, you build it on Saturday. Zero, you just got a month of your life back.
How to use this
Run prompts 1 and 2 tonight. They take 20 minutes.
Post one free fix a day for 2–3 weeks before you ask for anything.
Only open the code editor after prompt 6 gets you paying buyers.
