Your creative brief is due Friday. Viktor wrote it Tuesday.

Tell him the campaign. Viktor pulls last quarter's performance from Meta and TikTok, scrapes competitor ads, drafts the brief, posts it for review. You edit, he ships the creative requests to your designer. Inside Slack.

your £0 design team — the exact setup

The reel showed you the three team members. Here’s everything you need to hire them: the brand file template first, then the setup for each one. About two minutes per member, then they run forever.

> brand_file  THE TEMPLATE — PASTE, FILL, SAVE

Everything below runs off one file. Save this as brand.md in your project folder, fill in your own values:

# brand.md

## colours
primary:    #1A1A2E  (headlines, dark blocks)
accent:     #E94560  (ONE accent. buttons, highlights)
background: #F7F7F5
text:       #16161A

## fonts
heading: Archivo (bold, tight)
body:    Inter

## voice
- short lines. plain English. no jargon.
- talk to one person (“you”).
- numbers over adjectives.

## logo
assets/logo.svg (dark: assets/logo-dark.svg)

## spacing
base unit 8px · card radius 16px · page margin 24px

Then add one line to your CLAUDE.md: “Read brand.md before any design work.” Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md every session, so every carousel, page and ad now comes out in your brand without you repeating yourself.

> carousel_machine  TEAM MEMBER 01 — SETUP

Open Claude Code in the folder with your brand.md and paste:

Read brand.md. Build an 8-slide Instagram
carousel on [TOPIC] as 8 HTML files,
1080x1350 each. Slide 1 = a hook that makes
someone stop scrolling. Slides 2-7 = one
idea each, big type. Slide 8 = CTA.
Brand colours and fonts only. Then
screenshot each slide to PNG.

The 30-second loop after setup: type a topic, Claude writes the copy and lays out the slides, you check the 8 PNGs and post. Save the prompt as a reusable skill or snippet so next time it’s one line: carousel: [topic]

> component_puller  TEAM MEMBER 02 — SETUP

AI pages look AI-made because every model reaches for the same default layout. The fix: make Claude pull from 21st.dev — a registry of ready-made UI components built by real designers, shadcn-compatible.

Wire it in once — add this line to your CLAUDE.md:

For any UI section (hero, pricing, nav,
testimonials), find a matching component on
21st.dev and install it with the install
command on its page (shadcn CLI) BEFORE
writing your own from scratch.

Every component page on 21st.dev ships its own one-line install command. Claude runs it, restyles the component with your brand.md colours, and the default AI look is gone.

> ad_studio  TEAM MEMBER 03 — SETUP

This one is Google’s image model, Nano Banana — it edits photos, it doesn’t just generate. Free in the Gemini app, also in AI Studio (docs).

The flow: phone photo of your product in, this prompt with it:

Turn this photo of [PRODUCT] into a
studio-quality ad photo.
- keep the product EXACTLY as it is,
do not change the label or shape
- backdrop: seamless [COLOUR] studio sweep
- lighting: soft key light from top-left,
  gentle shadow under the product
- leave clear space at the top for a headline
- crop [square / 4:5 portrait]

The two clauses that do the work are lighting and backdrop — leave them out and you get a random AI scene, keep them in and you get a product shot. If the label warps, reply “restore the original label exactly” and it fixes it.

> didnt_fit  3 EXTRAS FROM THE CUTTING ROOM

1. Fonts: pick your heading + body pair free at fonts.google.com — one bold display font, one plain body font, stop there.

2. Colours: no palette yet? Generate one at coolors.co, then keep ONE accent and make everything else neutral.

3. The taste rule from the reel: these three run on your taste. If a slide, page or ad looks off, it is off — regenerate. The redo costs seconds now, not a design invoice.
