PULL LEADS FROM
ANY SITE. THEN
FIND THE REAL OWNER.

One free tool scrapes any website into a clean list of leads. Then two extra steps get you past the generic info@ inbox to the actual decision maker. Free and legal, if you do it right.

This is the lead-gen play for trades and local businesses, not another bloated CRM.

You can run this yourself, the full method is below. But if you want a clean, verified lead list built for your niche and your area, scraped, verified, and decision-maker matched, that is what I do. Reply to this email or DM me SCRAPE and I will take a look.

THE TOOL: SCRAPEGRAPHAI

A free, open-source (MIT) AI scraper. You describe what you want in plain English and it returns a clean structured list: business name, email, phone, services, location. Works for competitor pricing, real estate, job postings, anything public on a page.

# plain-English prompt
> "Go through this directory of plumbers in Leeds. For each one return the business name, website, email, phone, and the services they list. Give it back as a clean table."

The "free" catch, honest: the library is free but it needs an AI model to read pages. A local model is genuinely $0. A paid model is pennies per 1,000 pages. Either way it is a fraction of what Apollo costs.

4 OPERATOR TRUTHS

01  Scrape public business data, not gated or login data. Scraping LinkedIn at scale gets your account banned. Use company sites, Google Maps, and directories.
02  Verify scraped emails before you send, or you wreck your own domain reputation.
03  Emailing the UK or EU? You need a lawful basis to hold the data and an easy opt-out. That is GDPR and PECR. Not optional.
04  Quality beats "unlimited." 50 verified leads beat 10,000 scraped junk emails.

GET THE DECISION MAKER

The scraper only gets the generic info@ or the front desk. Not the owner. Two free, legal steps get you the person who actually decides.

STEP A
Run the business through the public company register.
In the UK that is Companies House. It gives you the named director or owner. Free.
STEP B
Turn that name into a verified email.
Generate first/last/domain permutations, then verify which one is actually deliverable. And when you call the main line, ask for them by name.

Set the right expectation: this gets you the owner's name, a verified email, and a way past the gatekeeper by asking for them by name. It does not get you a direct mobile number. That needs paid tools, and you do not need them to start.

Two honest caveats

This only works if the business is a limited company. Sole traders have no public director on the register.

Email verification is reliable on Google or Microsoft-hosted business domains. It is hit-or-miss on tiny custom hosts.

THAT IS THE WORKFLOW

Scrape public data, verify it, then layer the register and the email check to reach the real owner. If you want the verified, decision-maker-matched list built for your niche and area, reply to this email or DM me SCRAPE. That is the job.
