THE DROP · 001 CLAUDE COUNCIL
AI HACKS · INSTALL GUIDE

Stop letting
Claude agree
with you.

You commented COUNCIL. Here it is. The 5-advisor skill, exact install steps, the prompts I actually use, and what I've learned running it for two weeks.

Install takes under 2 minutes. Skip to INSTALL if you already saw the carousel.

Ask Claude if your idea is brilliant, it builds a case for brilliance. Ask why the same idea is terrible, it builds that case too. Same confidence. Opposite conclusion.

That's not a thinking partner. That's a mirror.

5 advisors. 5 reviewers. 1 verdict.

01 · Input You type council this: [your question]
02 · Round 1 5 advisors take a swing independently.
Contrarian · Analyst · Optimist · Outsider · Executor
03 · Round 2 5 reviewers anonymize the advisor responses.
No advisor knows who said what. Zero bias.
04 · Chairman Final verdict + one concrete next step.
Not an opinion. A decision.

Under 2 minutes. Promise.

STEP 01
Grab the SKILL.md file from Ole Lehmann.
Ole built this skill and open-sourced it. Credit where it's due.

→ Get the skill file here
STEP 02
Create the skill directory.
$ mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/llm-council
STEP 03
Paste Ole's skill into SKILL.md inside that folder.
~/.claude/skills/llm-council/SKILL.md
STEP 04 · GO
Open Claude Code and type:
council this: [your question]
→ If 5 advisors spin up, you're in.

Steal these verbatim.

Drop context about your situation first. Paste your business model, your metrics, whatever matters. Then council it. The advisors think harder with data.

01council this: should I raise prices on my [offer]?
02council this: is launching [project] in [timeframe] realistic?
03council this: what's the real bottleneck in my [workflow]?
04council this: am I wasting time on [activity] vs [alternative]?
05council this: which of [option A, B, C] gets me to [goal] fastest?

What I've learned in 2 weeks.

Tip 01
Specificity is everything.
"Is my business working?" gets you a therapy session. "Should I cut my 3-person podcast team and do it solo this quarter?" gets you surgery.
Tip 02
Load context before you council.
Paste your business model, current metrics, whatever matters. Then hit council. The advisors are only as smart as what you feed them.
Tip 03
Trust the Executor.
When the Contrarian and Analyst are in a philosophy war, the Executor asking "but what ships this week?" is usually the answer. Bias toward action.
Tip 04
Council > vibes check.
Hard rule I've made: before any decision that costs money or a week of work, it goes through council first. Caught 3 bad ideas in 2 weeks. Paid for itself.
— END —

That's the drop.

Small ask: reply with what you ran through council first. I read every one.

If this saved you from a bad decision, share the carousel. That's how the next person finds it.
